As the Community Service Manager Laura ensures events are running smoothly and no wishes of our members and guests remain open. And she’s really good at keeping an overview no matter how many guests are present.

Laura has been passionate about all things hotel since she was a child. She studied Human Resources and Business Education and worked her way through Berlin’s restaurant and hotels in various positions.
