Bianca is Director Event & Office at Helix Hub. She is an expert in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in hotel, restaurant and event management.

She started her career with an apprenticeship in hotel management at Steigenberger Hotel Berlin. During her long career in the hospitality industry she has held various senior positions in sales and event management. At Borchardt Events, she was responsible for events and catering as sales manager. Bianca was part of the pre-opening and opening teams of the Kempinski Hotel Adlon and the Hôtel Concorde Kurfürstendamm of Louvre Hotels in Berlin.

Bianca worked for several years as a management consultant for Treugast Hotellerie GmbH and Apartmentservice, which specialises in serviced flat concepts in the extended-stay sector. She also worked as a hotel manager in several 4-star hotels in Berlin, Bad Kissingen and Breisach am Rhein.

As Corporate Operations Manager, she also managed a resort with 155 rooms, event centre and conference area, spa and extensive gastronomy in Brandenburg.

Bianca continues to participate in dialogue in the German and international market in order to gain and implements new insights and discover new trends
